Mr. Waldeck is a founding shareholder of the firm and has focused his practice on defending clients in civil litigation matters. He has been involved in litigating a myriad of matters from routine premises claims to complex liability and catastrophic injury cases. He routinely represents insurance companies and their policyholders in both state and federal courts throughout Missouri and Kansas. Mr. Waldeck has participated as faculty in the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers trial academy and was recipient of the Thomas J. Conway Young Trial Lawyer Award of in May of 2003.

John and his wife, Jenny, make their home in a suburb of Kansas City and have one child.
