Mike Matteuzzi, Ed Sloan and John Waldeck, after years of practicing law together, left an established firm in late 2003 and founded a new firm. That firm, Waldeck, Matteuzzi & Sloan, P.C., was founded on the fundamental principle that the best way to serve our valued clients was to ensure our lawyers, legal professionals, and entire staff shared our values:

an aggressive representation of our clients' interests;
a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
